
Jazmine is a Philadelphia native was born and raised there. Pam, Jazmine's mother, has been a back-up singer for Philadelphia International Records. Her father gave an opportunity to be the curator for the Historic Strawberry Mansion. She and her family then were able to move into the historical iconic. In 2005, she graduated from the Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts with a vocal music major. Sullivan played the contralto for the youth choir, and after a couple of years later, she sang in the adults ' choir.
